“True meditation is about being fully present with everything that is including discomfort and challenges. It is not an escape from life.” – Craig Hamilton
overview
Yoga Nidra is a meditative practice that creates space for your mind, body and soul to tap into a deep state of conscious relaxation and rejuvenation. It helps you release tension physically, mentally and emotionally, tapping into the inner bliss of one’s true self.
Combined with a live sound bath, the practice goes beyond quieting the mind. We will create a sacred space to facilitate deep healing. When played with intention and technique, a sound bath takes you on an active meditation into the calmest waters of your mind.
You will go into deep relaxation through a combination of sacred breath, guided visualization and powerful resonance of gongs, crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, and flutes. In this space you can experience a range of spiritual, emotional, and physiological benefits by regulating your nervous system.
The entire practice takes place while the practitioner lays on the back. No experience required.

Julius’ natural curiosity in science and technology led to spirituality and a deeper connection to the universe. He believes that science is the modern language of the mystics, which we can use to lead happier and healthier lives. Sound as an energy modality brought him to a myriad of spiritual practices, like yoga, Reiki, sound healing, and breathwork, that helped align his mind, body, and spirit. With a loving intention and deep gratitude, Julius creates meditative experiences to empower others on their spiritual journey.
