Yoga is for everyone, regardless of age, experience or body type. This workshop will put you alongside other beginners to break through common fears and misconceptions. There is no pressure or competition, just connecting you body mind and soul with the timeless practice of yoga

Expert teachers Julie Pascal will get you started building the foundation for a strong and steady practice. You will receive individual attention while learning basic yoga postures, breathing, and meditation techniques, so that you can enter a Level 1 or All Levels class with confidence, grace, and ease.

This series includes:
* brief background on what yoga is
* common and simple breathing exercises
* foundational postures and how to adapt them to your needs
* how linked postures work together
* how to modify postures uniquely to your body
