Join us for a unique workshop where we explore how science and spirituality can shape our understanding of the self.

We’ll start by looking at how science evolved to challenge traditional ideas and explore what is considers the “self.” Then, we’ll connect this to current issues like mental health and the environment, showing how these concepts affect our daily lives.

Next, we’ll dive into Yoga psychology, which offers a different view of the mind and body, helping us improve our mental well-being and deepen our connection to nature and community.

After the discussion, you’re invited to stay for our 7:30PM kirtan to continue the experience.
