Join Chelsea and Vera for a transformative 3-hour journey into understanding and nurturing your pelvic health and hormone cycles.

Chelsea, a pelvic health yoga specialist from Savi Yoga, will guide you through practices that support pelvic floor awareness, strength, and relaxation, essential for overall well-being. Vera, a yoga teacher trained in women’s hormone cycle syncing from mea yoga, will offer insights into syncing your lifestyle with your hormonal phases, enhancing energy, mood, and balance.

This workshop blends education, gentle movement, and actionable takeaways to empower you in harmonizing your body’s natural rhythms. Whether you’re seeking relief, greater vitality, or a deeper connection to your body, this session is for you.

meet your teachers

Chelsea Daniel is a 500-hr RYT with over 1500 hours of yoga teaching experience over the past 8 years.  She studied Yoga in Rishikesh, India at the Vinyasa Yoga School, trained in Ayurveda and accessibility at Prema Yoga Institute, is a registered pre/postnatal yoga teacher and founder of Savi Yoga. Chelsea teaches trauma-informed yoga for children in afterschool programs and is a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP®) – guiding yoga teachers to better serve pregnant folks. Bhakti Yoga, leading and serving others in the mood of devotion and love to reveal the divine in each one of us, is the foundation upon which all of her offerings and teachings are built. Chelsea teaches from a place of compassion, humility, and integrity- striving to transmit the teachings of her teachers that have deeply touched her life.

Born and raised in Switzerland, Vera Kaspar began her yoga journey in 2010 in New York. After years of practice and experiencing yoga’s profound benefits, she deepened her studies with retreats at Sivananda Ashram, Bahamas (2014), and Ananda Ashram, New York (2015). Inspired, she completed her 200-hour training with Kay Kay Clivio, Adam Vitol, and Yogi Charu at Pure Yoga, New York (2018), followed by pranayama training and a 300-hour certification at Yoga Maya, New York. She has since pursued further studies in Katonah Yoga, pranayama, restorative yoga, yoga and meridians, kirtan, and more.

In her practice and teaching, Vera blends various yoga traditions, focusing on strength, steady breath, mindful flow, and calming the mind. She honors yoga’s sacred roots, serving as a guide and channel to support each student’s unique journey.
