MaryAllison Weihe had a life changing experience when yoga was introduced to her life in 2009. Although movement was always part of her life through dancing, and a source of self therapy. Yoga brought a different type of healing, on a deeper level. At the heart of it, Ma is a hatha yogini , but she brings many different schools of yoga to the table. Her classes are mindfully crafted to challenge your mind, body and soul. Ma’s intention is to empower her students to follow what feels good. To use breath, movement and music as an access point for healing and growth, however that may look for each individual. She creates a space that feels safe for you to meet yourselves just as you are with love, compassion and honesty.

Julia, originally from Germany, has been living in New York City since 2011. Her love for movement began at a young age with dance, a joyful form of self-expression. In 2012, she stepped onto a yoga mat for the first time, and over the past four years, her practice has deepened into a way of life.

In 2024, Julia completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training at The Bhakti Center, where she cultivated a mindful and heart-centered approach to teaching. She is also trained in Yin Yoga, Sound Healing, and Reiki, blending these practices to create deeply grounding and transformative experiences.
Julia’s offerings are rooted in a return to Divine Design—our natural state of well-being. Through body movement, mind stillness, sacred sounds, and the flow of universal energy, she helps restore balance and guide others back to alignment. Her intention is to hold a space of love and authenticity where people can connect with themselves on a deeper level, leaving them calm, centered, and whole.
