Puerto Rico Retreat
with Jahnavi Harrison & Friends
** This is an open level retreat. All are welcome regardless of religious background, level of experience with Bhakti yoga, meditation, or yoga asana.
Once again, we will be taking an opportunity to retreat in the beautiful rainforest of Utuado, Puerto Rico. Our time together will be a shared sacred space to connect with the deep wisdom and practices of Bhakti yoga, processing changes and challenges to refresh and nourish ourselves, from the inside out.
Our limited sized group will be spending 7 nights in the serene beauty of Puerto Rico’s lush rainforest, with a scenic river and waterfalls nearby. In this setting we will take the opportunity to connect through meditation, kirtan, and sacred songs, practice yoga asana, explore our creativity and reflect on sacred wisdom each day. Our talks, discussions and workshops will focus on finding inner connection, strength and nourishment through our personal spiritual practices and the experience of ‘sanga’ – spiritual community.
During the trip you will be able to enjoy the quietude of the Casa Grande retreat, each room with its own unique features, stunning views, and delicious homemade vegan meals each day. We will venture out for hikes and excursions to explore the natural surroundings, and also go on outings to experience some of the local history and culture.
Please note that whilst there is cell reception at the retreat center, there is highly limited wi-fi, so the trip presents a rare excuse and opportunity for digital detox!
Private massages, reiki, and acupuncture are available upon special request. Expect a week of deep exploration, rejuvenation and discovery.
Please note there is a non-refundable deposit required to hold your spot for the Puerto Rico Retreat with Jahnavi and Friends in March 2023. By paying the $500 deposit, you know that you are holding your spot for our 2023 Puerto Rico retreat, that it is non-refundable, and that the balance is due no later than February 14th, 2023. You will be sent a retreat policies document to review and sign once your deposit is made.
