overview
Like a crystal reflecting the color nearest to it, our consciousness absorbs and reflects the qualities we contemplate. Through regular meditation on sublime thoughts, we manifest transcendental qualities: kindness, empathy, generosity, forgiveness, peace of mind, humility, patience, gratitude, self-satisfaction, and devotion to God. Meditation can also help us overcome negative thoughts and attachments that inhibit lasting fulfillment.
In each guided meditation session, we explore sacred texts like the Bhagavad Gita and prayers from renowned mystics who express the principles of bhakti. Our aim is to absorb the spirit of great sages, bringing their wisdom into our own hearts as we cultivate these same saintly qualities within ourselves.
Sessions include guided meditation and group reflection. You’ll gain practical tools to develop your own spiritual meditation practice. Whether you join us for one class or the entire series, everyone is welcome—from complete beginners to experienced meditators. All you need is an open mind and a sincere desire to grow. We invite you to join us on this journey toward becoming a more evolved, spiritually conscious version of yourself.
You are welcome to drop-in into a single class or take the whole series of eight!
