We are often taught to soothe our fire. When the heat rises—whether as physical heat, passion, ambition, or creative force—our instinct is to cool it down, diffuse it, or let it scatter.
This masterclass is an invitation to do the exact opposite.
“Fire That Fuels” is a deliberate, potent practice designed for those who want to meet their inner heat head-on. Instead of shifting from movement into a traditional cooler, restorative practice, we will go straight into the flame. We will build an internal fire, contain it, and transmute that physical passion into a deeply anchored meditation.
This is not about burning ourselves out. It is about learning how to contain your own intensity and turn it into focus.
THE EXPERIENCE
1. The Ignition | 60 Minutes of Dynamic Flow
We begin by generating physical heat. Through a high-energy flow targeting the deep core and pelvic floor muscles, we activate the body’s central furnace. This is where we stroke our physical vitality, willpower, and passion, allowing the internal temperature to rise.
2. The Containment | 15 minutes
As the physical movement comes to a close, we move into the deep practice of the Bandhas (energy locks). Instead of letting the heat evaporate, we seal it in.
3. The Transmutation | 30 Minutes of Vedic Meditation
With the body highly alert and the energy contained, we shift the gaze inward. Over the course of 30 minutes, we guide our awareness from the physical heat of the Manipura up into the stillness of the Ajna. Here, your passion is refined. The physical vitality you built during the flow becomes the literal fuel for your meditation, turning external restlessness into an immovable, quiet presence.
4. The Integration | 15 Minutes of Savasana
The work is complete. We lower onto our backs for a profound, deeply earned Savasana. With the nervous system completely rewired and the mind quiet, you will rest, reset, and fully absorb the powerful shift in your state of being.

This masterclass is open to practitioners who want to explore the deeper, energetic layers of the practice.
Note: Because we transition directly from a flow into a prolonged seated sit without a traditional cool-down, please bring a clean, warm layer (a sweatshirt or long sleeves) to put on just before the meditation to preserve your body’s natural heat.

Pooja Tuladhar is a dedicated teacher specializing in asana, meditation, pranayama, and Yoga Nidra. With a passion for guiding others toward inner peace and holistic wellbeing, Pooja creates nurturing spaces for deep relaxation and self discovery. Drawing on her extensive training and personal practice, Pooja empowers students to cultivate mindfulness, restore balance, and connect with their inner wisdom through the transformative practices of postures, breathwork, meditation and yogic sleep.
