As the season shifts and nature awakens, step onto your mat for a 2-hour immersive yoga experience designed to cultivate fluidity, renewal, and expansion. This masterclass blends breath-led movement, dynamic asana, and deep relaxation, guiding you through a practice that mirrors the effortless unfolding of spring.
We’ll begin with grounding pranayama to center the mind and awaken the body, followed by a creative vinyasa flow filled with heart-opening postures, standing balances, and seamless, wave-like transitions. As the practice softens, we’ll shift into gentle restorative poses, inviting ease and surrender. Finally, we’ll close with an extended Yoga Nidra, allowing you to fully integrate the energy of renewal and emerge feeling open, vibrant, and refreshed.

Pooja Tuladhar is a dedicated teacher specializing in asana, meditation, pranayama, and Yoga Nidra. With a passion for guiding others toward inner peace and holistic wellbeing, Pooja creates nurturing spaces for deep relaxation and self discovery. Drawing on her extensive training and personal practice, Pooja empowers students to cultivate mindfulness, restore balance, and connect with their inner wisdom through the transformative practices of postures, breathwork, meditation and yogic sleep.
