In this 2 hour immersive experience, we journey from the clarity of the solar plexus to the spaciousness of the heart.

We begin by awakening Manipura Chakra, the center of inner fire, will, and focused action. Through breathwork and core-centered movement, we’ll build steady heat — not to exhaust, but to refine.

From there, we pause for a guided Manipura meditation, allowing the inner fire to settle into focused awareness. This dedicated stillness deepens clarity and intention, transforming effort into grounded strength.

With that cultivated center, we transition toward Anahata Chakra, the heart center. As intensity softens into expansion, we’ll explore gentle heart-focused flow, calming pranayama, and supported postures that invite openness without strain.

This class is designed to:

• Rekindle inner clarity
• Strengthen without hardening
• Expand without collapsing
• Balance effort with ease

We close in supported heart openers with guided meditation — allowing warmth to rise from center to chest, integrating power and compassion.

All levels are welcome. Some prior yoga experience is recommended.

Please arrive having not eaten for at least 2 hours prior to practice, as we will be working with breath and core activation.

Pooja Tuladhar is a dedicated teacher specializing in asana, meditation, pranayama, and Yoga Nidra. With a passion for guiding others toward inner peace and holistic wellbeing, Pooja creates nurturing spaces for deep relaxation and self discovery. Drawing on her extensive training and personal practice, Pooja empowers students to cultivate mindfulness, restore balance, and connect with their inner wisdom through the transformative practices of postures, breathwork, meditation and yogic sleep.
