Please join us for our annual Janmastami celebration on Wednesday, September 6th from 6:30PM to 12:30AM. This is one of the most special days of the year to honor Lord Krishna’s Appearance in this world.

The theme of our festival will be: “Krishna: Darshan of His Divine Form”

The schedule for the evening is as follows:

6:30- 7:00: Gaura Aarti
7:00-7:30: Introductory class setting the stage
7:30-7:50: Drama introducing the meditation on Krishna’s form
7:50-8:10: Lecture on Krishna’s Lotus Feet
8:10-8:30: Bhajana glorifying Krishna’s Lotus Feet
8:30-9:30: Yugala Aarti, kirtan + offerings (flowers)
9:30-9:45: Lecture on Krishna’s dhoti, hips + waist
9:45-10:00: Lecture on Krishna’s chest
10:00-10:50: Abhisheka + kirtan
10:00: Darshan closes for midnight dressing
10:50-11:05: Lecture on Krishna’s arms + hands
11:05-11:25: Bhajana
11:25-11:45: Drama on Krishna’s flute
11:45-12: Lecture on Krishna’s smile
12-12:30: Midnight Darshan + Aarti
12:30: Prasadam
