Flower Festival
Krishna states in the Bhagavad Gita (9.26), ‘If one offers Me with love and devotion a leaf, a flower, fruit, or water, I will accept it.’
The event’s agenda includes kirtan, a brief discourse elaborating on the significance of the Pushya Abhishek, and the actual flower abhishek—a ceremonial offering of flower petals weighing 800 pounds—led by our esteemed temple priests. We wholeheartedly welcome voluntary donations, which will contribute to covering the expenses associated with procuring these flowers. A nourishing plant-based dinner will be served to all attendees, fostering a sense of community and togetherness.
