The Roots of Kirtan festival celebrates the divine appearance of Sri Caitanya the avatar and mystic saint who pioneered devotional yoga (Bhakti) in sixteenth-century India and began the practice of sacred chanting (kirtan) that has now spread around the world.

In observance of the appearance of Srimati Radharani, the embodiment of Bhakti and the feminine energy of the Divine, The Bhakti Center will host the 5th Annual Pearl Festival on September 17th.
