Each week focuses on one chapter of the Bhagavad Gita, helping participants understand the shift in perspective the Gita offers, how to apply its teachings in daily life, and the inner or outer challenges that often arise along the way.

Designed for beginners and continuing learners alike, the course is accessible, practical, and reflective, with space for questions, shared insights, and real-life application. No prior background or knowledge of the Bhagavad Gita is required.
