Join us for a deeply restorative and rejuvenating two hour yoga experience designed to nourish your body, mind, and spirit. This comprehensive session offers a harmonious blend of: 

Asana (Physical Postures) : Begin with a mindful sequence of movements to awaken and energize the body while enhancing strength, flexibility, and balance.

Pranayama (Breathwork) : Transition into breath control practices that cultivate inner calm, increase focus, and activate vital energy. 

Meditation : Dive deeper into stillness with guided meditation, allowing you to connect with your inner self and find mental clarity. 

Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep) : Conclude with a soothing Yoga Nidra practice, a guided relaxation that promotes profound rest, stress relief, and holistic healing.

Vinyasa, Pranayama, Meditation, and extended Savasana

As winter fades and nature begins to bloom, our bodies and minds also transition into a new cycle of growth and renewal. This 2-hour masterclass, Spring Awakening, is designed to help you shed the heaviness of winter, detoxify, and embrace the fresh energy of the new season. Through dynamic movement, breathwork and guided meditation, you will awaken your inner vitality, clear stagnant energy, and set intentions for the months ahead.

We will begin with gentle breathwork and intention setting, followed by an invigorating Vinyasa flow focused on heart-opening, twists, and grounding poses. This will help energize the body, improve circulation, and enhance mental clarity. As we slow down, we will continue the session with a guided meditation focusing on the Manipura chakra ( Solar Plexus) allowing you to align with the energy of spring and step forward with renewed purpose.

The practice will conclude with a long, nourishing Savasana, offering space for full integration and deep relaxation. Accompanied by soft music, guided visualization, or optional hands-on adjustments, this extended rest will allow you to absorb the benefits of the practice, leaving you feeling renewed, balanced, and ready to embrace the energy of spring.

Pooja Tuladhar is a dedicated teacher specializing in asana, meditation, pranayama, and Yoga Nidra. With a passion for guiding others toward inner peace and holistic wellbeing, Pooja creates nurturing spaces for deep relaxation and self discovery. Drawing on her extensive training and personal practice, Pooja empowers students to cultivate mindfulness, restore balance, and connect with their inner wisdom through the transformative practices of postures, breathwork, meditation and yogic sleep.
