Are you seeking a leadership approach that fosters harmonious human relations, a protected environment, and satisfied leaders who genuinely care about their followers, stakeholders, and future generations? “Leadership Lessons from the Bhagavad Gita” offers an inspiring alternative to conventional leadership models, especially in times of crisis where faith in leadership is waning.
Drawing insights from the timeless wisdom of the Bhagavad Gita, this course introduces the concept of linked leadership—leaders connected through loving devotion, or bhakti yoga, with themselves (through self-knowledge), with others, with nature, and with the Supreme Source.
Just as Krishna exemplified leadership by taking over the reins of his friend Arjuna’s chariot, true leadership is defined not by title or position but by a commitment to service, excellence, and virtuous character that inspires others.
Participants in this course will gain unique insights and practical tools to:
- Form and lead effective teams
- Create harmonious and prosperous organizational cultures
- Motivate others according to their natures and inclinations
- Cultivate respect, peace, and harmony among diverse groups
- Approach work as worship
- Manage the mind’s negative chatter
Join us on this transformative journey to redefine leadership as a source of inspiration and service. Learn how to lead with compassion, wisdom, and a vision for a better future for all.
