However, in “Finding Strength in Difficult Relationships,” we explore a way to reclaim stability and resilience, ensuring that despite the challenges, one can emerge stronger without sacrificing their true self.

Namita Purohit (Navakishori Devi Dasi) is an engaged coach and teacher who has served many across United States, Europe, and India on emotional intelligence, self-awareness and inner balance. She was featured on KING 5 TV in the USA as an expert on Emotional Intelligence and Inner Stability. Namita has offered workshops/talks/coaching to many at Amazon, Microsoft, Starbucks, Expedia, Boeing, Lufthansa, Costco, Uber, Cricket Club Of India, IIT Madras, Indian Army & Indian Navy, to name a few.

She is also the founder of:
1) The EASE Coach Certification School, where people can become certified coaches.
2) EASE Self Mastery Academy, where people can get coaching for themselves.
3) HealStrong Program, for people looking to recover from toxic/ narcissistic relationships.

Namita has a holistic approach in working with the body, the mind & energy to bring about a sustainable change in her clients’ patterns.
Her programs are informed by eastern wisdom and western psychology. Additionally, Namita received the Gold Star Employee Award during her stint as a software engineer at Microsoft.
