overview
Week 1: Set Intentions & Create Space
Focus: Opening meditation, hip-openers, and forward folds.
The journey begins with clarity. Through an opening meditation, we’ll reflect on what you want for 2025 and set intentions for the year ahead. The practice will include hip-openers to release stored tension and forward folds to quiet the mind and open the heart.
This week is about letting go of what holds you back and making space for new possibilities. With every breath and movement, your intentions will take root, growing stronger within your conscious and subconscious mind.
Be ready to let go, embrace your highest potential, and step into what’s next.
Week 2: Open Your Heart & Embrace Possibilities
Focus: Backbends to cultivate trust and love.
Anything is possible with an open heart. This week, we’ll focus on backbends to help you release fear, anxiety, and doubt. These poses invite us to trust the process and connect with love — love for ourselves, for others, and for the divine.
When our hearts are open, we find the strength to believe in our dreams and the courage to act on them. This week, you’ll explore what it means to live with trust and joy, even amidst challenges.
There is no fear in love — only empowerment to chase your dreams.
Week 3: Ground, Stabilize, & Connect
Focus: Balancing poses for inner strength and stability.
Life can be unpredictable, but when we’re rooted in our spiritual selves, we stay grounded no matter what comes our way. This week, we’ll dive into balancing poses that connect you to your core, building inner strength and stability.
Balancing poses remind us to slow down and nourish the deeper parts of ourselves. They teach us to find joy within, so external ups and downs don’t shake us.
Reconnect with your soul, and let that connection guide everything you do.
Week 4: Celebrate & Relax
Focus: Restorative poses, meditation, and gratitude.
This week is all about celebration. You’ve shown up, done the work, and grown in so many ways. Now it’s time to enjoy the journey. Our practices will slow down, blending gentle flows, stretching, and restorative poses that allow you to “just be.”
In the Bhakti tradition, to “just be” means to “just love.” As we move through these classes, we’ll meditate on our eternal nature and the infinite love that surrounds us in every moment.
You’ve opened your heart, strengthened your body, and deepened your connection to yourself. Now, let’s celebrate that love and joy together.
A Timeless Reminder:
“For the soul, there is neither birth nor death… He is eternal, ever-existing, and primeval.”
– Bhagavad Gita 2.20
As you step into 2025, remember: your soul is eternal, full of bliss, and always connected to the present. Carry that joy with you and let it shape your year ahead.
