the ABC’s of meditation

Classes are offered twice weekly.

• Mondays  5:45pm – 6:45pm

•  Thursdays  5:45pm – 6:45pm

The only thing that prevents us from feeling a sense of regular happiness and inspiration are negative thoughts and emotions that find space within our minds via the media, interactions with people, and our environment. A simple, regular meditation practice allows us to recognize negative thoughts and emotions, uproot them and replace them with mantra (spiritual sound vibration).

A 3-hour Introductory workshop

presenters: Jai Giridhari & Gopi

date – saturday, march 3

time – 2:00pm – 5:00pm

This workshop a great way to begin, or restart, a regular meditation practice. We’ll break down the basic techniques of mantra meditation in a simple format. Come be a part of an timeless practice that people have used for centuries to free their minds.

A 6-week Course on the art and practice of chanting

presenters: Jai Giridhari, Vasudeva Das & Jaya Jagannath Das

Bhakti Meditation Course is designed to help one understand the art and process of chanting as a form of meditation

Look for the GATEWAY icon for programs that will be relevant and fully accessible for a new audience. These serve as good introductions, or places to begin your studies at the center.
