We offer : weekly yoga classes, monthly events, retreats & workshops.
Class Descriptions
Monday/Wednesday/Friday/Saturday – Sunrise Yoga: A foundational yoga class/course. Covering the basics in yoga: meditation, sun salutation, hands-on assists, pressure points, breathing – everything you need to start your yogi lifestyle.
Monday – Sondras Class: A well rounded yoga class touching on kirtan, bandhas, mudras, pranayama, intermediate to advanced asanas and meditation.
Tuesday: BODY SHOP: 30min yoga, 30 min therapeutic bodywork, 30 min (for specific ailments) – This class is a must for anyone who wants to learn self-care as well as progress in their ability to understand the body. For more information on Body Shop click here.
Wednesday – Beginners Class. Amanda Mays skillful introduction to your Yoga practice. if you are a beginner, its a must!
All other classes – Open Class 1-2: For anybody and everybody. Basic Vinyasa, peppered with philosophy, chanting, and humor.
